Its an old scam in a new location, they were formally "located" in California. As OC says its a scam, walk away.

If you know a victim of one of these scams please pass on their personal details via a Private Message. One of our victim warning teams can try and persuade them its a scam.

Apart from anything else, the only way to win a lottery is to buy a ticket. Also it is illegal for any lottery in Europe to charge a fee for processing winnings in a lottery.

I didn't notice anyone pointing it out but they ask for a notarisation fee of 320 euros. Its actually illegal throughout Europe to ask for a fee to process a winning lottery claim. 100% scam
