Your email, though truncated and heavily molested follows a typical 419er format, and is indeed to be regarded as a scam.

The email appears to have been sent via wn.com which is a News & Information portal group of websites. I cannot see any links on their website to a free email service.

Without seeing the full and unmolested header (less your own details of course) and the complete text of the email I cannot comment beyond that.

You have stated in your thread title that the email is from UK? This is not correct as the IP address is Nigerian in origin.
