Dear Sir
I have received the following mail which informs me about the winning notification and the consequent payment details for processing the transfer. Please go through it and confirm the originality or rather its legitimacy.
Thank u
Shakir Hussain

This is to confirm the receipt of your approved file.As a result of money laundering, terrorists financing,e.t.c.,all bulk transfer of fund via this company must be duly notarised in the high court 11 of the Netherlands judicial division in Gronigen, to ensure a smooth transfer of fund.

This is in accordance with article 24,subsection (viii) of the Netherlands lottery gaming regulations, amended in 1997. This law has become very strict since the september 11 bombing in America,in addition to the numerous terrorist attacks going on till date.In view of this ,you are to send a notarisation fee of 330;00euros(equivalent of 450USD) to the account dept.; paydept01@execs.com ,via the following bank detail:

ACCOUNT NO:- 2034826
ACC.NAME:- EXECS VENTURES
BANK:- POSTBANK
SWIFT CODE:- PSTBNL 21
IBAN CODE:- NL20PSTB0002034826
ADDRESS:- GRONINGEN, THE NETHERLANDS.

Or to hasten the process, you send a western union money transfer to the account officer11;Mr Franklin Clapton,of Jacob Catastraat 543 ,Postcode 2284 BZ, RIJSWIJK,Netherlands. This is faster and has less transfer mordalities, usually experienced in bank transfer to the Netherlands.

The notarisation of the relevant documents, including the cheque/payment order confirms legitimacy of your winning and as thus clears every bank transaction delay usually observed with other firms internationally. In addition to the above fee,you are to send by fax (Fax Nos stated below) or by scanned e-mail attachment, a copy of your valid identification .This can be an Employee I.D.,Driver's License or an International Passport. This is to ascertain that the cheque is drawn and sent to the right person with the winning e-mail address. On notarisation, you will receive the certificate of award, the charity clearance form, the judicial affidavit, certified cheque/confirmationpayslip.

Expecting your compliance,

Mark Anderson (Esq)

Hi Shakir, and welcome to scampatrol.

This is definitely a scam for the following reasons:
- paydept01@execs.com is a free email address. No legit lottery company would use a free mail address for the business dealings
- Lottery companies in Europe are legally bound to not take advance payment for processing of won money. After all all these fees can easily be taken out of the won money
- You can only win a lottery you bought a ticket for.

Best thing to do: Do not pay ANYTHING
NOTE: the account number given could be a genuine Dutch giro-account, which could belong to a genuine scammer, that's why I suggest you read this pdf-document and follow those steps.

Doing a Google search on "account 2034826" gives more examples of lottery fraud.
