What is about reporting scammer's e-mail addresses to their hoster? I usually do this when I get a 419 scam, several hosters close those accounts quite quickly. Do you have any information on how to do this more efficiently?

You can forward the scam email with the full headers to abuse@[email provider] (eg, abuse @ yahoo.com, abuse @ hotmail.com, etc).

Scammers typically have many email accounts though, and will open a new one as soon as one is closed down.
