Actually no, but it's very easy to find out using Google.

Just doing a simple search on Google will answer your question:

"International Payment Centre"+London
Click for results

As you can see, many people already know this to be a fraud. If you are dealing with them yourself, stop and walk away.

We cannot post too much information about why we know its a fraudulent site, we don't want to be educating any scammers who may visit Smile
