This sounds very fishy. Why would somebody need workers from Kazakhstan when there are lots of people needing work already in the UK.

The phone numbers are both personal number (no mobiles).

well as soon as you get used to the idea that you will make much money out of it, it it easier to trick you into sending some money for "nescessary" paperwork etc.
