When I do a search on this bank, there are a number of links, which, I understand, is good. I get nothing when I put the name in and add scam. The first link when I do a search is www.adbghana.com which takes me to its homepage. When I go to it, the site is "very impressive" and it has links to their branches. No main office/corporate office contact phone numbers that I can see, only email, but the branches (of which many are listed all over Ghana) have phone and fax lines listed. If I go to this pdf file from the Ghanian government's list of banks (http://www.bog.gov.gh/notices/notice03/banksaddress.htm from a scambaiter site, maybe even you..so many links ago)..it has Agricultural Development Bank on there as a real bank and says..get this..that the url for their website is www.adbghana.com NOT www.agricbank.com And if you click on adbghana.com it says the page is under construction. So what is up with that? Very confusing. Is the best way to verify the website to just call the number listed on the government document and ask them their url?

There's not much info about the registration of adbghana.com, the agricbank.com registration says:

According to the Ghanaian Bank Homepage, they are both legit. They may have used adbghana.com in the past , dumped it and now they're using agricbank.com as their new frontend.

How did you learn of this bank first? Was it used in a scam letter?
