| Sagittarius Loan Services in London, UK. They are to make out loans? They reguire a up front fee, They say this because it is a International Loan and the International Chamber of Commerce requires this! Is this another scam? |

It is a scam. There is no International Chamber of Commerce listed in the London Phone Book.
Walk away.

| Its an old scam in a new location, they were formally "located" in California. As OC says its a scam, walk away. |
