This is definitely a scam.

www.luckyday.nl is a legit lottery, but their name is reggularily abused by fraudsters. I assume you refer to an email like this one: http://www.joewein.de/sw/419-luckyday.htm

Furthermore, the telephone number mentioned resolves to a dutch mobile phone. No legit lottery would have a mobile phone as their main number.

Remember, you can't win a lottery you haven't bought a ticket for.
