A friend of mine has 'invested' $300 in www.12daily.com
Now I'm sure this is an HYIP/Ponzi scam but can someone
with more experience do a bit of digging for me to give me
the proof to show my friend.

A site kill would be nice if you think it's fraudulent.

Ivor I think that this would be better raised in the appropriate forum at the Eater. This board is for helping victims, not for closing down websites. As it says in the introduction:-

It's not a scam I've seen before but please take a look:

He thinks he's going to make a fortune, I don't! All I asked is, could
someone with more knowledge than me please take a look?

This may not be the forum to get sites killed but I did think it was
the place to go for advice and for someone to possibly send a
warning template out.

Anyone else want to comment?

Yeah, GoDaddy are usually ver reluctant. Last time I tried one from there, it took me 3 weeks. Sad

Could ask 419legal for help, though.... I say post it on the 'Eater as well... It'll get way more attention there.
