International Bank of Africa is a common fake bank name used by scammers. If you've received emails from someone claiming to be part of that bank or using it for an account then its a fake. A simple google search turns up numerous references to scam emails.
There is a Bank of Africa in Kenya, however, its name is frequently abused by scammers who set up fake web sites to convince their victims its real.
If it was a communication by email offering millions for simply "borrowing" your bank account its a fake.
Stop all communications with these guys, do not under any circumstances send any money. It is fraud. |

I am not sure what additional help we can give you. The domain centralbankonlineworld.net is registered through Microsoft and re-directs through to the real Central Bank of Nigeria site. This clearly has nothing to do with the Francophone state of Burkino Faso.
Your money has gone and is unrecoverable. Beware, however, that it is common practise for scammers to follow up with a "reverse scam" where they pretend to be policemen etc and state that they are able to recover your losses. They will demand fees and these will also become irrecoverable.

Dear Sir,
I didn't send them any money until now, thank God!
But they insist to proceed the transaction. They know my account number already but it doesn't matter coz the balace is only USD 100.
With some reason they decided to transfer those money through diplomatic courier service.
My question is : Is that really exist legally, I mean diplomatic courier service?
I did not reply to them at all until now.
What kind information you need to take them down if they're really scammers?
Thank you.
Regards, |

I really don't think there will arrive anything. All they want from you is to send them your money.
But if you really get something (e.g. a fake check) go immediatedly to the police with it. |

Diplomatic couriers don't exist, they're a figment of scammers imaginations.
Also diplomatic mail must be allowed free passage, there are no fees to be paid. |
