Their website seems to be legitimate - the domain was registered in 2002 until 2011.

However, please be aware that just because you've received an email claiming to be from a legitimate company, it doesn't necessarily mean it comes from them. Scammers use the names of real companies all the time to make their story sound real.

If you've received an email from them, it will come from a jobsindubai.com email address and not a free account such as Yahoo or Hotmail. If you're not sure, please post your email on this forum (with the full headers) and we can check.

At this time, it is mandatory for you to access and customize your profile. It becomes increasingly difficult for employers to contact you if your profile is not completed. You must update all your information including any sections as described in this email.

ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT

You must access your profile on our website www.jobsindubai.com by logging in on the CANDIDATE LOGIN section using your file number, your first name ( Muhammed) and your last name (Zailani). Please do not copy and paste the information from this email into the login section of the web-site because that may not work, you can type the information exactly as it appears with any spaces if applicable.

Once you log in, you will be at the HOMEPAGE of your profile. To begin customizing your profile you will have to click on the PROFILE tab at the top of your profile screen.

PERSONAL DETAILS

You will have to update your PERSONAL DETAILS for the employers review which includes your home address, your home phone number and your cell phone number.

POSITION APPLIED FOR

You will have to select a position in the POSITION APPLIED FOR field. Employers use this information to review your profile for placement selection.

SNAP SHOT

This section is followed by the SNAP SHOT feature. It is mandatory for you to fill all the fields with the red asterisk in order to come up in our agents or employers job search.

First you have to select ENABLE then you have to select whether you are in Dubai or not and then proceed to complete the following fields:

1. Availability: This is the date you will be available for employment.

2. Gender, age and nationality.

3. OBJECTIVE: This field is very important. Here you have to provide a brief synopsis of your goals for the employer.

4. EXPERIENCE: This field is equally important. Here you have to briefly but concisely list your most prominent work experience. Keep in mind that you should use strong key words to catch the employers' eye.

You have to then click on UPDATE.

You can also upload your picture into your snap shot at this point directly from your computer.

You can also upload your picture here. The SNAP SHOT feature is not part of your resume; however, it is an important feature, nonetheless, because employers use this information to decide whether or not to view your resume.

RESUME

You also have to create an online resume in your profile. You can use the resume you currently possess and paste it onto your profile. Here are the instructions for this step:

1. You have to click on MY RESUME

2. If you have a resume already there you have to click on DELETE RESUME.

3. If you do not have a resume online, you have to click on CREATE ONLINE RESUME.

4. You have to give a title to your resume. For example, John's Technical Resume.

5. You can paste a copy of your resume (from a Word document) onto the designated box.

6. Once you paste your resume you have to scroll to the bottom and click on CREATE ONLINE RESUME again in order to save the changes.

I highly recommend you log into your account and update your information without delay. Please take advantage of these new options available in order to maximize your job search.

Once your profile has been updated, you will be able to communicate with us directly through your online profile.

Here one guy who doesn't think much about www.jobsindubai.com, and I tend to agree with most of what he says. It's the same with Canadian immigration consultants. They may be licensed and certified but some of them are not much better than scammers, barely operating within the law, and of no value whatsoever to the clients who pay them.
